·         Guests will be responsible to call in or go online to make their own reservations. 

·         When guests call in or go online to book, they will be required to put a valid credit card on file to guarantee their individual reservations.   

·         The family’s discounted rate is available until 5PM local time, Tuesday May 26^th, 2020.  At that time, any rooms remaining in the block will be released to the hotel’s general inventory.  

·         The rates are quoted on double adult occupancy.  After two adults a $15 per night charge applies for each additional adult (ex: a king suite for two adult guests, a $169 nightly rate apples.  A king suite for three adult guests, a $184 nightly rate applies).

·         Guests will be able to cancel or modify their reservations anytime up until (48) hours before their arrival date. That’s 6PM two days before arrival (ex: for a Thursday, 6/25/2020 arrival they will have to make changes before 6PM local time Tuesday, 6/23/2020).

·         Late checkouts / early arrivals are not guaranteed and are granted per the discretion of the Manager on Duty on the day of check in or check out.  An additional fee may apply
